Version2.3
Automation: triggers, robots, business processes and BI
- CRM triggers: a deal or lead moves to the next stage by itself when a document is sent, signed, rejected or arrives for signature
- Robots: a Didox document is created from a template when the deal reaches a stage; the company is updated from Didox by TIN
- Business process actions: create a document, get its status and wait for the signature — the process continues once the document is signed or rejected
- BI reports: Didox documents and status history in the Bitrix24 BI Builder
- Robots, actions and BI appear after the app is updated in the Market: “Market” → “Installed” → “Updates required”
- Any portal document template can be sent to Didox; the document kind is chosen when sending
- Employee roles: who opens the app, sees documents, creates and signs them — including per Didox company
- Acts, powers of attorney, waybills and free-form documents are checked before sending — errors show next to the fields
